These regulations define the rules for issuing, using and redeeming vouchers entitling you to use the services offered at the Aura Masaż salon.

1. The gift voucher entitles its holder to use selected services available in the current Aura Massage offer.

2. The value of the Voucher is determined individually at the time of purchase.

3. The Purchaser undertakes to pay an amount corresponding to the nominal value of the Voucher.

4. The voucher can only be used for services provided at the Aura Massage salon.

5. The voucher is redeemable once and for its full value – partial use is not possible.

6. The validity period of the Voucher is 6 months from the date of purchase.

7. To use the Voucher, the User is obliged to book an appointment in advance – by phone, email or directly at the salon reception.

8. If the value of the selected service is lower than the value of the Voucher, the difference will not be refunded in cash or other equivalent.

9. The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

10. If the price of the selected service exceeds the value of the Voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference in cash, by payment card or credit card.

11. Changes to the booked date are possible no later than 48 hours before the planned visit.
